Maintenance of system plant is an extremely important aspect of any process. We have undertaken many maintenance projects throughout our history, ranging from small single component repairs through to full refit programmes for MoD tankers. We specialise in sourcing and supplying replacement component parts for older systems, and are able to provide a complete maintenance package. We also have experience in creating, and more importantly, maintaining active Planned Maintenance Systems for clients who require this service, but cannot commit the time or resources to the development and upkeep of a PMS package for their projects.

Our maintenance contracts are tailored to suit the operation of the plant. In some cases, clients require less maintenance than others solely due to the running and loading profiles of the plant in question - our services are as individual as the plant usage.
Our services have been utilised on many occassions whereby we regularly inspect and service breakers, switchboards and instrumentation to avoid lengthy, and costly, delays that would otherwise occur.

Our staff can provide you with any form of switchgear maintenance that your plant will require, ranging from simple cleaning through to complete strip down and re-builds.
Our team can also offer a Planned Maintenance System, whereby all items of plant are subject to a periodic maintenance inspection to ensure that the item of plant is in a reasonable condition to continue operation.
Using a PMS system, prior to an item of plant reaching the end of it's useful life span, a replacement item has already been ordered, and is fitted at a suitably convenient time. If you wish to adopt our PMS systems for your projects please contact us.
