Our staff are experienced in various aspects of industrial engineering, and are conversant with all aspects of international rules and regulations that apply across international boundaries.
A case in point to highlight these skills is a contract to commission a compressor station in the Southern Russian region of Kotovo.
Subcontracted to Howdens Process Compressors in Glasgow, our staff were tasked to supervise the electrical installation of, and commission a 660kW, 6.6kV electrical drive train for a gas compressor station. Our staff, in conjunction with HPC worked alongside local Russian labour to ensure the installation and commissioning of the compressor train was to statutory design requirements.

Commissioning to ensure mechanical and electrical operational limits are within design parameters.
Inspection and certification of power and instrumentation electrical installations to a minimum standard required for international acceptance.
Hazardous area certification to ensure zone area boundaries maintained as required by design parameters.
Power protection settings adjustment to ensure safe working conditions under all compressor train loading conditions and production of commissioning records and procedures to allow future certification to be undertaken with the minimum of re-work requirements.
Training assistance to ensure local staff are fully conversant with the new installations and equipment.
